To install the browser:
1 Go to the page http://browser.yandex.ru.
2 Press the button Download. Installation file will be downloaded to your computer.
3 Open the downloaded file in your browser:

You downloaded Yandex.Browser in the new interface, but you can switch to the classic one at any time
interface. For this:
1. Click the icon → Settings.
2. In the block Settings appearance click the button Disable new interface.
3. Confirm your intentions.
To return to the new interface, click the button Enable new interface in the block Settings
appearance.
Reinstallation or removal
Before reinstalling or deleting your browser, we recommend synchronizing. Then the basic settings of your browser (bookmarks, passwords, applications, modules and data for autofill) will be saved on the Yandex server, and you will be able to use them in the browser after re-installation.
To remove Yandex.Browser:
Close all browser windows.
Go to the menu Start → Control Panel → Programs and components.
In the window Uninstalling or changing a program select the Yandex program.
Click the button Delete above the list.
In the dialog box that opens, select an action:
Reinstall browser. This will delete all browser data and settings.
Delete browser. If you want to delete all browser data and settings, enable the option Also delete browsing data.
Note. In both cases, the data is deleted from local computer. At the same time, if you did synchronization, they will be saved on the Yandex server. Once you reinstall your browser and synchronize it with the server, your browser data and settings will be restored.

from a browser that is not designated as the default browser, or transfer only part of the settings.
To transfer settings:
Click the icon → Settings.
In the block User Profiles click the button Transfer bookmarks and settings from another browser.
In the window Transferring bookmarks and settings select the browser from which you want to download the settings and
components to import.
Click the button Postpone.

A smart line is an element designed to search for information.
To find the answer to a question or go to the website:
Enter in Smart line request, address or site name.
Press the key Enter.
Search suggestions are variations of the most popular queries that begin with the same characters as your query.
A list of hints appears below the search bar and is updated as you type new characters in the search bar. If you see a tooltip that matches your search, you can select it from the list using your mouse or keyboard shortcuts Up or Down. To go to search results, press the key Enter.
If necessary, you can clarify your request by adding text to the selected hint.
Yandex.Browser can provide answers to frequently asked queries directly in search suggestions.
When you enter some queries, an interactive block appears in the tips, consisting of a picture, an excerpt from an article on the topic of the query, and links to important pages of the site. Using these links you can go directly to the desired section.
Default search engine
By default, Smart String uses the Yandex search engine to find answers to your query. If you wish, you can change the search engine:
Click on Smart String right click mice.

In the window Search engines hover over the line with the desired system and click the button Use as default.
