How to get past level 5? I always get struck by their weapon that prevents you from firing weapons.

There is no way avoiding it! It"s called EMP disables your electronics so you can"t fire. You must also avoid other enemies" fire that"s all. It"s all about avoiding fires. You don"t have to fire. If you look at stg 5"s challenges, it just wants you to collect all stars not destroy all enemies.

Two solutions:
- get hit and maneuver around all the lasers and cannons to get all the stars.
- maneuver to avoid the EMP and hit all the towers. Don"t move too quickly, just avoid the EMP. A fully upgraded missile helps a lot.

Shoot all towers down so you can easy collect stars. You will also obtain lasers so use it wisely;)

Bro. It actually doesn"t ask you to destroy the towers for a badge. The badge for this stage is to collect 100% of stars. You can easily avoid all the enemy fire and get to the end.

I just almost finished the stage and was able to destroy all towers but died just before finishing the level while dodging the EMP the entire time. I imagine I"ll be able to destroy them all tomorrow when I get more lives. Doing so should get me the "Against the Odds" achievement for destroying all towers on stage 5.
As you proceed through the level (while flying around and around in circles dodging the EMP, of course), destroying towers gives you lasers, making it somewhat easier to destroy the rest of the towers. You can"t buy lasers for this level. The only ones you can use are the ones collected in the level itself.
Also, you must destroy all towers to get the "Destroy 100% of Enemy Forces" medal for +5,000 points at the end. It is possible to get (for some reason I got it but not the achievement - I think you have to survive to the end of the level to get it) even though it"s not required to access "Hard" and "Insane" difficulties for stage 5 like it is for all of the preceding stages.

At a certain point it stops being fun and just annoying. I went through easily three quarters of the level and got nothing. I"m not spending money to get all the best stuff so if it isn"t going to be worth the effort why bother? Transparent money- making. If you don"t max out your health you won"t survive. That means lots of lives, lots of stars or money. Nope.

You don"t need ANY upgrades at all for stage 5. Let the EMP hit you the moment it appears, then move through the level avoiding all of the VERY slow and predictable bullets/lasers. Personally, was searching in vain for a tip on where my last 4 stars are. Always finish with 596 (99%) stars. Still damn good payout for the time and effort.

I manage to finish L5 without hitting EMP and I destroy 100% of enimies. Sad I only got 98% of stars. How? Good maneuvering. Dance with EMP in a circular motion, destroy towers befor it hit you. You will get a lot of lazer, use it well. Ignore rescuing, just pass L5 to get L6. If you want to complete other medals, let EMP hit you if you on your next try and start rescuing.

The missing stars are in a box in the middle right at the start. You should have time to blast it before the emp hits. If you can make it to the next box, I found a card in it.

If you"ve actually played the old Skyforce on Symbian phones, this is the stage where everything is invincible. So I guess that"s why they went with the EMP mechanic to disable your weapons, since this is an almost exact copy of the old game. I still have my old Nokia 3230 and play Skyforce and Superminers. I really hope they remake Superminers. Can"t find anything like it on Android.

The way is: start the level, take your finger up from the screen and let the game goes to pre pause then the submarine bomb comes to you and hit you, in time of hitting push your finger to the screen and you see the submarine be hidden and you also have no bombs but you can go ahead and finish the level. FYI, i was able to finish all the objectives without letting the EMP hits me, the hardest was rescuing the guys, i played it ~50 times just to secure the guys. Hint, try to accomplish one task at a time, and try to upgrade your weapons as much as possible. one more thing, i did not unlock the super weapons except the lazor, this way when you get a prizes from destroyed objects, you get only the lazer, which is very useful in level 5.

Just fix your fighter plane at upper edge of screen and move only in horizontally.This is the easiest way to finish the level.

It looks like somewhere after the first few replies, people completely forgot that this question was being asked about the 2nd game Sky Force Reloaded and not the first game Sky Force Anniversary. I can see how people would get confused, both stage 5s" have a weapon disabling function. But here"s the difference.
In the first game, this is just a little ball of energy that follows you around relentlessly. In the second, it is a field that goes all the way across the screen. As far as I have seen, it is unavoidable.
To answer the OP"s question, I don"t know. I do know that shields won"t stop it. I tried that. I"m not sure that this one can be gotten around.

If it comes to SkyForce Reloaded 2016, you have to collect a special card which removes Level 5 field at begin, then you can play with Emp pulse like in the previous game. I have found that card at stage 6 or 7.

Level 5 starts as an exercise in avoiding bullets. To save all the people etc. While collecting all stars. If you have upgraded your magnet, that"s a lot easier.
A little later, you"ll get a card which disables the initial barrier and instead you have to avoid an EMP missile - that makes destroying all the towers possible.
By the time I get to insane difficulty, I"m struggling but enjoying the challenge. I"ve very nearly completed the level with the ship with extra health, and I"ve got a long way through destroying everything with the ship starting with the full firepower, and I"ve almost collected all the guys using the ship with the quicker rescue - but I haven"t quite managed any of the challenges yet. I keep fumbling the power up of the main canon or missing the EMP missile sneaking up on me, or just wander into a bullet I missed seeing under my finger.
Anyone stuck on this level - stick with it. I agree it"s a challenge, but it"s not impossible. The feeling of satisfaction when you beat it is worth it:)

Gents The answer is you have to get card no 11 which will illuminate the barrier and you can yous your weapon upgrade still not possible but you can hunt some lasers and shields.

Just a pointer for people having trouble seeing around their fingers at all the bullet,s this game plays wonderfully with a stylus. I recommend the Wacom Bamboo Single or Duo for games of this type. (Or for anyone that just plain old needs an incredibly good stylus for any reason.) Try it for a little while and you"ll never play a game like this with your hand in the way again.

Another tip: On insane difficulty, I was able to clear it by using the side kick. There is a permanent card that opens up a chance at a sidekick airplane. You get a multicolor moving cube in the game, and if you get it, the game pops up a side kick airplane for you. Once you get that card and you play level 5 enough times, you will see the cube at the start of the level. Then, maneuver around so that the EMP hits the side kick plane. At this point, the side kick plane cannot fire, but you can fire without the hindrance of trying to avoid the EMP. Note that since the EMP has "hit" you (in game"s logic), you will not be able to use the lasers, shield, etc. But with no EMP to dodge and full fire power, the level becomes relatively easy.

Геймплей
Основная часть игрового процесса ориентирована на отстрел вражеских летных сил. Попутно необходимо спасаться от выстрелов врага, а также от столкновений с другими воздушными судами - вертолетами, самолетами, самолетами-камикадзе и огромными боссами. В заключение хотелось бы написать несколько слов о графике, ведь это главное достоинство игры ! Сочное изображение дополняется захватывающими спецэффектами и взрывами. Ритм происходящего отлично поддерживает фоновая музыка.
Что касается системы управления, то она реализована следующим образом. Самолет стреляет самостоятельно, а пользователям лишь нужно своевременно возить пальцем по экрану. Ни на какие кнопки нажимать не придется. Все просто и интуитивно понятно.
